Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Manage the recruitment and staffing process for hourly and salaried vacancies.
- Collaborate with location leadership to ensure strategies are in place for employee engagement and retention.
- Investigate concerns and incidents, and develop and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor & Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience, including three years in a role as HR Manager in a manufacturing work environment.
- Working knowledge of employment and labor laws, benefits administration, and HR systems.
