Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Shiloh Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our plant management team, you will be responsible for managing delivery of all HR activities and services for the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Manage the recruitment and staffing process for hourly and salaried vacancies.
  • Collaborate with location leadership to ensure strategies are in place for employee engagement and retention.
  • Investigate concerns and incidents, and develop and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor & Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience, including three years in a role as HR Manager in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment and labor laws, benefits administration, and HR systems.
