About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team at Mulberry Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their sales career in a successful and innovative business.

The ideal candidate will have high energy levels, a positive outlook, and be confident on the telephone as well as face-to-face. Key responsibilities include reaching individual sales targets, winning new business from local advertisers, and developing meaningful relationships with marketing managers/owners of local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach (&exceed) individual sales targets
  • Win new business from local advertisers; maintain & develop existing business
  • Contribute to company goals, promoting all products & cross-selling
  • Make required number of quality telephone calls daily
  • Generate required number of face-to-face meetings
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the Marketing Managers/owners of local businesses
  • Actively participate in sales meetings & subsequent team activities
  • Ensure internal working relationships with other departments are in the best possible order
  • Ensure all administration is in line with company policy & procedure
  • To professionally represent the company at all times

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £23,000-£25,000 + Uncapped Commission (£28,000-£33,000 OTE). Our team offers a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
