About the Role

This is an excellent chance for a motivated individual to develop their skills in customer service and product knowledge. You will be working closely with clients to resolve their queries and provide them with exceptional support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer/client services

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products by keeping up to date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services
  • Demonstrating products and providing online and in-person training for clients
