About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Data Centre Design Engineering team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and providing technical leadership to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide senior-level technical guidance and direction to our Data Centre Design Engineering team, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Data Centre industry, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Senior-level experience in a technical role within the Data Centre industry, with a strong background in electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
