About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Director to lead our flagship Data Centre project in London and Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this high-profile project from pre-construction to onsite delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of experts to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading technical projects, with a focus on data centre construction.
  • Direct experience with data centre projects, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Expertise in guiding projects from design to delivery, with a strong understanding of MEP/CSA systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Qualifications: HNC or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Building Services.
