Marston Holdings Ltd is seeking a dynamic Associate Director to lead our Highways Infrastructure Delivery team in the West Region.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from inception to completion, building lasting partnerships with clients, and mentoring and developing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with public, private, and developer clients to drive growth and new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation.
  • Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and other aspects of project delivery.
  • Contribute to business strategy development, helping our West Region meet its ambitious growth targets.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in highways design and construction, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven technical leadership skills, with experience of quality assurance and technical leadership in a design and delivery capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, planning policy, guides, and design standards relating to highways and general engineering and construction sectors.
  • Working knowledge of financial management for significant project and programme values.
  • Demonstrable business/commercial management skills, with experience of managing small to large projects.
  • A network of consultant, contractor, and developer contacts to assist in the growth and development of business targets.
  • A proven track record of securing new client opportunities across the private and public sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving new business.
  • A track record of continuous improvement and innovation in design and delivery processes.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum DOE
  • Hybrid working
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
