Associate Director - Highways Infrastructure Delivery

Marston Holdings, a leading design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy, is seeking a dynamic Associate Director - Highways Infrastructure Delivery to join our leadership team in the West Region.

About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You will build lasting partnerships with public, private, and developer clients, driving growth and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive growth and new business opportunities.
  3. Mentor and develop teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and innovation.
  4. Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and more.
  5. Contribute to business strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in highways design and construction. You will have extensive experience of quality assurance and technical leadership in a design and delivery capacity. You will also have thorough knowledge and experience across various contract forms, such as NEC PSC and ECC type contracts.

What We Offer:

  1. Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum DOE
  2. Hybrid working
  3. Contract: Permanent
  4. Full time, 37.5 hours per week
