HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to both clients and the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR administrative support to both clients and the business, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Track training and organize refreshments as needed.
  • Communicate correspondence regarding contracts, dismissals, meetings, and pay.
  • Update records and follow GDPR processes.
  • Monitor absences, sickness, and timekeeping of employees.
  • Manage the HR inbox, answering any HR queries.
  • Attend HR meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft and Office packages.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and confident approach to tasks, with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and comfortable in difficult situations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.

Benefits:

  • Free parking.
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
  • £26,000 annual salary.
