Your Role: As an HR Advisor, you will:

  1. HR Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, providing guidance on the employee handbook.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead the hiring process, from interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  3. HR Strategic Projects: Manage key HR projects such as Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, and Early Careers programmes.
  4. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Support payroll validation, administer pay reviews, and manage benefits.
  5. Employee Relations and Engagement: Ensure legal compliance, handle grievance and disciplinary procedures, and manage performance and absence cases.
  6. Training and Development: Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate training on core HR processes.
  7. HR Administration and Reporting: Oversee onboarding, orientations, record-keeping, and data entry in line with GDPR, and monitor key HR metrics and analytics to enhance business performance.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Previous HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
  4. Experience with HR systems and project management tools, including MS Excel, PPT, and Word.
  5. Availability to start immediately or with a short notice period is a plus.
