The successful Band 4 Assistant HR Advisor will be
- supporting Divisional Managers in implementing the Trust Sickness Absence Policy, with the ability to analyse data and work pro-actively to support the reduction of sickness absence across the Trust.
- support the team in a wide range of administrative HR issues, including co-ordinating arrangements for hearings, and must be willing to get involved in ad-hoc HR projects to benefit the workforce.
- support with the co-ordination and arrangements for Job Matching Panels.
