We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters.
  • Manage training records and organize refreshments as needed.
  • Communicate important correspondence, including contracts, dismissals, meetings, and pay-related matters.
  • Update records and maintain compliance with GDPR processes.
  • Monitor employee absences, sickness, and timekeeping, ensuring accurate records.
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and providing timely support.
  • Attend HR meetings and contribute to discussions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft and Office packages.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and confident approach to tasks.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable and professional in challenging situations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
