Primary Responsibilities:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for all administrative inquiries, addressing them with sensitivity and confidentiality while directing individuals to appropriate service areas.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including venue selection, catering arrangements, documentation preparation, and accurate minute-taking to ensure effective follow-up on decisions made.
- Execute data entry tasks, ensuring timely updates and document uploads to maintain accurate records. Uphold database integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrating strong IT skills and keyboard proficiency.
- Exceptional professionalism and experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support, preferably within a complex or regulated setting.
- Familiarity with case management databases and a willingness to learn new software and systems.

Additional Information:

- Full-time position requiring 36 hours per week.
- Standard working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:15 PM.
