Job Title: Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead

Northgate Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical management of our care home, working closely with the Manager to ensure high-quality patient care.

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per year

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 45 hours of work per week. The role involves on-call duties every other weekend.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in nursing management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home.
