Archway Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced nurse to fill the Deputy Nurse Manager position at our nursing home in Cannock, Staffordshire.
About the Role: As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents. You will also mentor and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities and Requirements: The successful candidate will possess:
- Qualifications as a RGN, RMN, or RNLD with a valid NMC pin
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care home setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of legislation and regulations governing the care sector
