About the Role

We are recruiting a Regional Care Deployment Manager to join our team, supporting the Live-In Care service in Alcester. This role is crucial to the success of our region and requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

As a Regional Care Deployment Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a high-quality care service, managing the deployment and management of all our Live-In Carers. You will work closely with the Live-In Care Manager to ensure that an exceptional and consistent service is offered to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans for customers
  • Manage customer and carer queries and action promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and select suitable carers
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

About You:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of care planning and customer relationships. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
