We are seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team at The Care Bureau.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.
You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Provide education and support to clients on healthy living and disease management
Requirements:
- Experience in care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
