Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Barchester Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. This will involve developing tailored care plans and administering medication safely. You will use your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and develop and deliver comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.\
\About You
Key requirements for this role include current NMC registration, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. You will also need to have a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.\
