About the Job

We are seeking an In-Home Support Services Director to lead our team, supporting the Live-In Care service in Alcester. This role is key to the success of our region and requires a highly skilled individual with strong leadership abilities.

As an In-Home Support Services Director, you will develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of a high-quality care service, managing the deployment and management of all our Live-In Carers. You will work closely with the Live-In Care Manager to ensure that an exceptional and consistent service is offered to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve the care service
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators
  • Manage customer and carer queries and action promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and select suitable carers
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

About You:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a senior leadership role, with a strong understanding of care services and customer relationships. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
