HR Generalist

At Helping Hands, we're dedicated to providing high-quality home care services. To support this mission, we're seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Alcester.

This exciting opportunity offers an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll have the chance to work closely with our Recruitment Manager to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the right people are in place to deliver exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.

You'll also have the opportunity to work from home (2 days) and enjoy hybrid working arrangements. Additionally, you'll be eligible for a Blue Light Card offering discounts from various businesses and services.
