Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
