About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Farm Manager to provide essential support to our client's Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers when needed.

The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of farms, even during times of transition. You will become intimately familiar with each farm location and our business as a whole, ensuring successful completion of your duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relief support to Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers
  • Ensure farm operations are managed to the highest standards
  • Develop a deep understanding of each farm location and our business
Requirements
  • Previous Farm Management or Assistant Farm Management experience
  • Broiler or Breeder experience
  • Full UK Driving License
  • People management skills
