About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laying farm, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor farm operations, including ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems
  • Oversee the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss insights

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
Package:
  • Salary: £38,000
