Lead a Thriving Poultry Farm

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving poultry farm in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our client's dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the farm's poultry operations, ensuring optimal conditions for the birds.
  • Oversee the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and control ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create the best conditions for the birds.
  • Keep accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and loss insights.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in poultry production.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of farming operations and poultry management.
  • Full UK driving license.
