About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Farm Manager to lead our client's thriving poultry farm in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the farm and poultry operations to ensure consistent high standards.
  • Prioritize health, safety, and hygiene to create optimal conditions for the birds.
  • Oversee and support the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their daily duties.
  • Manage and monitor ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the best conditions.
  • Keep accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms.
  • Maintain budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and loss insights.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of farming operations and poultry management.
  • Full UK driving license.
