Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the farm's leadership, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of poultry production, animal welfare, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the farm's daily operations, ensuring optimal conditions for poultry production.
  • Prioritize health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Lead and support a team of farm assistants and assistant managers in their daily duties.
  • Monitor and control ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create the best conditions for poultry growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, supplies, and alarm systems.
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in poultry production.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good understanding of farming operations and poultry management.
  • Full UK driving license.
