Job Title: Relief Poultry Farm Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relief Poultry Farm Manager to provide essential support to our client's Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers when needed.

The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of farms, even during times of transition. You will become intimately familiar with each farm location and our business as a whole, ensuring successful completion of your duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relief support to Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers
  • Ensure the smooth operation of farms during times of transition
  • Become familiar with each farm location and our business
Requirements
  • Previous Farm Management or Assistant Farm Management experience
  • Broiler or Breeder experience
  • Full UK Driving License
  • People management skills
The Package
  • Salary to £38,000 increasing to £40,000 after successfully completing probation period
