Job Title: Relief Poultry Farm Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relief Poultry Farm Manager to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our agricultural recruitment agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's farms.

Job Summary:

The Relief Poultry Farm Manager will provide essential support to our client's Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers when needed. You will be responsible for ensuring that our client's farms are managed to the highest standards, even during times of transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relief management support to our client's farms
  • Ensure the smooth operation of farms during times of transition
  • Work closely with Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers to achieve farm goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and animal welfare
Requirements:
  • Previous farm management or assistant farm management experience
  • Broiler or breeder experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • People management skills
