About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Farm Manager to lead our client's thriving poultry farm in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, sustainability, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the farm, including poultry management, ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting.
  • Lead a team of Assistant Managers and Farm Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal farm performance.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to profit and loss insights.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in poultry management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of farming operations and poultry management.
  • Full UK driving license.
