- Oversee andsupport the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their dailyduties
- Manage and monitor ventilation, heating, feed,water, and lighting to create the best conditions
- Keepaccurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms
-Maintain budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and lossinsights
