Job Summary:
Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Operations Manager to lead our client's top-tier broiler farm to new heights. As a key member of the farm management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of husbandry, ensuring stock meets the highest standards in weight, quality, and welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of husbandry, ensuring stock meets the highest standards in weight, quality, and welfare.
- Manage commercial and financial aspects of the farm, working within financial and physical budgets.
- Maintain the highest standards of bird welfare, ensuring it's at the forefront of all operations.
- Uphold the professional integrity and appearance of the farm and dwellings at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven involvement in broiler farm management.
- Strong decision-making and people management skills.
- Understanding of budget management.
- A Full UK Driving license.
