Job Summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Poultry Farm Manager to provide critical support to our client's farm operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of farms, even during times of transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide relief management support to farm managers and assistant farm managers as needed
  • Ensure farms are managed to the highest standards, with a focus on animal welfare and operational efficiency
  • Develop intimate knowledge of each farm location and our business operations
  • Collaborate with farm managers and assistant farm managers to achieve successful outcomes
  • Participate in our Agriculture Academy to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous farm management or assistant farm management experience
  • Broiler or breeder experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • People management skills

What We Offer

  • Salary up to £38,000, increasing to £40,000 after successfully completing probation
