Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve farm productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers to ensure seamless farm operations.
  • Conduct regular farm inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to farm staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in poultry farm management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry farming practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license.
