TheJob
-Gain in-depth knowledge of their farmand poultry operations, ensuring you consistently meet their highstandards.
-Priotitize health, safety, and hygiene,ensuring optimal conditions for their birds.
-Oversee andsupport the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their dailyduties.
-Manage and monitor ventilation, heating, feed,water, and lighting to create the best conditions.
-Keepaccurate records, manage supplies, and handlealarms.
-Maintain budgets, control costs, and contributeto profit and loss insights.

-Experience in a similar role ishighly desirable.
-Strong leadership skills
-Agood understanding of farming operations and poultrymanagement
-Full UK drivinglicense
