Job Title: Relief Poultry Farm Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relief Poultry Farm Manager to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our agricultural recruitment agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's farms.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our client's Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers when needed. You will become intimately familiar with each farm location and our business as a whole, ensuring successful completion of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage farm operations to the highest standards, ensuring the welfare of animals and efficiency of operations.
  • Provide support to Farm Managers and Assistant Farm Managers, ensuring seamless farm operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Enhance skills and knowledge through our Agriculture Academy, paving the way for personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous Farm Management or Assistant Farm Management experience.
  • Broiler or Breeder experience.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • People management skills.
What We Offer:
  • Salary to £38,000 increasing to £40,000 after successfully completing probation period.
