Job Description:

As a Community Pharmacist with Compass Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our patients in St. Austell.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining excellent standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising dispensing team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to provide clinical advice and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Developing and implementing new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc or BPharm)
  • GPHC Registration
  • Relevant experience in community pharmacy, preferably with a strong focus on leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Location: St. Austell, easily accessible from surrounding areas including Newquay, Bodmin, Liskeard, and Truro.
