Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at The National Autistic Society. As a key member of our Residential Services in Plymouth, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to autistic adults. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

About the Role:
As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely with our fantastic teams to provide person-centered support and care to autistic adults. Your primary focus will be on helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, as well as supporting and transporting them to integrate into their community. You will also have the opportunity to develop individuals' home-making skills and personal chores. Possession of a driving licence is preferred, but not essential.
