As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans that cater to their unique needs. Your primary goal will be to empower individuals with autism to live independently, participate in their communities, and achieve their full potential.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with individuals who may have complex needs.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, along with relevant experience working with adults with autism.
