We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Vetro Recruitment as a Housing Night Support Officer. This role is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Purpose of the Role:

To assist the Support Manager in the effective management of our accommodation provision and provide a high-quality housing support service to our residents as a member of our housing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housing Management and Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of our housing provision, including maintenance, resident support, and administrative tasks.
  • Resident Support: Provide empathetic and supportive services to our residents, including dealing with complaints, breaches of tenancy, and exit strategies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our housing team to achieve our goals and provide excellent service to our residents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, rent accounts, and other relevant information.
