Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our COWORTH PARK team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless execution of room preparation and maintenance
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff
  • Proactively manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure proactive maintenance and upkeep of facilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development
  • Participate in recruitment and induction processes to identify top talent and onboard new staff effectively
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership position within housekeeping in a 5-star luxury environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results-driven goals
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Fluency in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
