About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing stock accuracy and diligence checks
  • Support the Store Manager in deputising and delivering HR processes
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture
