About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of Customer Team Members to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage the store's operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the local community.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
