Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our Marketing Department. This is a full-time role, working hybrid with a minimum of 3 days at our Howden site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, own, and lead performance marketing activities, understanding the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopting a continual test and learn approach.
  • Develop and implement data-driven optimisation plans through analysis of large data sets, with support from our agency and BI teams.
  • Present and work cross-functionally and at board level with various stakeholders.
  • Work within a trading/commercial environment, including supplier and third-party activities.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role.
  • Experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills and exceptional time management.
  • Digitally inquisitive, keen to experiment and learn.
  • Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft packages.
