Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at Ebuyer. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including paid search, social media, and organic campaigns.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google, Meta, Affiliate Networks, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
