About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Be assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
