We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East region.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, from preparation to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of site operations, including health and safety, trades coordination, and material management.
- Ensuring compliance with Company and NHBC standards.
- Coordinating with external suppliers and specialists to achieve critical objectives.
- Providing support to the Site Manager in managing site presentations and cost control.
You will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of our developments, working closely with the site team to deliver high-quality results. If you have a background in site management, a CSCS card, and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, we encourage you to apply.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As Assistant Site Manager, you will have:
- Relevant site experience in building residential apartments and new homes.
- A qualified First Aider at Work.
- A valid UK driver's license.
