About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a proven track record of managing building sites and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing the construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to company and NHBC standards.
  • Manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous site experience gained building residential apartments and new homes.
  • Qualified First Aider at Work and hold a CSCS Card.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
