About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East region.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, from preparation to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of site operations, including health and safety, trades coordination, and material management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company and NHBC standards.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers and specialists to achieve critical objectives.
  • Providing support to the Site Manager in managing site personnel and resources.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Site Manager on site progress, issues, and concerns. Your ability to work calmly under pressure, influence others, and maintain high-quality standards will be essential in this role.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant previous site experience in building residential apartments and new homes.
  • A qualified First Aider at Work and a CSCS Card.
  • Qualifications in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • A valid UK driver's license.

You will be a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances will be essential in this role.
