We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction cycle of our developments in the South East region.

Using specified drawings and instructions, you will assist in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of our desirable developments, working closely with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in managing the construction cycle
  • Assist in coordinating trades and materials
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Monitor site presentation and cost control
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and specialists

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous site experience in building Residential Apartments and New Homes
  • Qualified First Aider at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Valid UK driver's license
