We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East region.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the entire construction cycle, ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
You will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in managing the site team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard, and that the site is run efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Site Manager on site progress and any issues that may arise.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in site management and construction. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget, and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager in managing the site team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Manage all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control
- Maintain accurate records and report to the Site Manager on site progress and any issues that may arise
- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards
- Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes
- Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background
- CSCS Card and qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
- Valid UK drivers Licence
