Entry Level Quantity Control Specialist

At THG Recruitment, we are currently seeking an Entry Level Quantity Control Specialist to join our team in the Groundwork / Civil sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantity surveying and a passion for working with residential and commercial Groundwork projects across the South of the UK.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, providing a stable and secure career path for the right candidate.
The role will involve providing general support to Senior Quantity Surveyors, assisting with the preparation of plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
Responsibilities will also include on-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required, assisting with identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control, on-going cost analysis, feasibility studies of client requests, assisting with the preparation of estimates, and analysing sub-contractors quotations.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and will be able to provide excellent support to Senior Quantity Surveyors.
